Data/ML Engineer

Job Title: Data/ML Engineer

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Mexico or a comparable Latin America time zone to ensure alignment with US working hours)

What's the Job?

• Train, validate, and deploy machine learning models to support business initiatives and strategic goals.
• Build, deploy, and evaluate AI agents and agentic workflows, including performance assessment of agent outputs.
• Apply core machine learning principles throughout the model lifecycle, from data preparation to production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with US-based data science and engineering teams in real-time to ensure seamless project execution.
• Translate complex business problems into effective modeling approaches and communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Solid understanding of core machine learning fundamentals: training, validation, and deployment of models.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI or large language model (LLM) solutions, including building, deploying, or evaluating agents.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
• Based in Mexico or a similar Latin America time zone with overlapping US working hours.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
