Our client is seeking a Risk Manager to join their team. As a Risk Manager, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting the organization's risk mitigation and insurance programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Design, negotiate, and administer commercial insurance programs including general liability, product liability, and environmental liability
  • Oversee casualty claims, partner with third-party administrators, and manage claims outcomes
  • Conduct risk assessments of manufacturing facilities and collaborate with safety and operations teams to identify loss prevention opportunities
  • Develop and manage annual insurance budgets, analyze risk metrics, and prepare reports for executive leadership
  • Manage relationships with insurance brokers, carriers, and legal counsel to ensure optimal coverage and compliance

What's Needed?

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in risk management, insurance, or casualty management
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments
  • Knowledge of complex general liability insurance principles and claims management
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic risk mitigation solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with experience managing broker and carrier relationships
