Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and industrialization, is seeking a Specialist II to join their team. As a Specialist II, you will be part of the Launch / Industrialization / Operations department supporting cross-functional teams involved in product launches and operational support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to track component delivery statuses and technical specifications.
- Maintain and update project timelines and tracking files using project management tools like WRIKE and ERP systems.
- Generate operational reports from Business Intelligence systems, identifying errors and tracking adherence to plans.
- Support testing and trial activities by initiating sample requests and documenting product offloading processes at contract manufacturing sites.
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, operations, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, and tracking.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as WRIKE and ERP/BI reporting software is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to follow up independently with vendors and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of transcribing technical notes into clear action items.
