Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting international order management, demand planning, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Forest City, IA (100% onsite)
Pay Range: $18 to $20 p/h on w-2
1 opening for Shift on 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m
1 opening for Shift on 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m
What's the Job?
- Manage intercompany orders, including order entry, inquiries, change requests, and exceptions.
- Investigate order status, resolve shipment discrepancies, and back-order situations efficiently.
- Oversee reporting processes for demand planning, order management, inventory, and financial reporting.
- Follow established procedures within supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
- Utilize tracking systems to monitor progress and report results, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and order management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently within defined work priorities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
- Knowledge of international shipping and import/export procedures is a plus.
