Technical Documentation Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be part of the Business Development Department supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Documentation Specialist
Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Pay Range: $32/hr to $34/hr on W2
Duration: 4 months

What's the Job?

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop strategic plans and proposals to meet business growth targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

What's Needed?

• Bachelors degree with proven experience in business development or sales roles with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), global project controls, cost management, risk management, planning/scheduling, or estimating experience
• 5-7 years of experience in Business Process Documentation & SOP Development
• 5-7 years of experience in Process mapping/ Visio / Workflow Design
• 5-7 years of experience in Technical writing, training material & user guide development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and market insights effectively
