Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst - Oracle to join their team. As a Business/Systems Analyst - Oracle, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Oracle HCM implementation team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support the Oracle HCM implementation for the client, including conducting requirements identification, design, configuration, and testing.
  • Resolve defects and directly support testing activities to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions with the client to facilitate understanding and adoption of the new system.
  • Work with adjacent modules and module leads to coordinate setup, testing, and deployment of solutions.
  • Utilize your knowledge of Core HR, onboarding, journeys, and test management to deliver high-quality results.

What's Needed?

  • 6-9 years of Oracle implementation experience, specifically in HCM modules.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Business System Analyst or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle modules such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, or Oracle Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
