Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a Saviynt Engineer (IGA) to join their team. As a Saviynt Engineer (IGA), you will be part of the Security Solutions Department supporting the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: Competitive (W2 only, no sponsorship, no C2C)

What's the Job?

  • Assist in configuring, customizing, and delivering Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions for enterprise IGA needs.
  • Manage application onboarding, access reviews, and entitlement management processes.
  • Design and implement workflows, certification campaigns, and reviewer hierarchies to ensure secure identity governance.
  • Integrate access remediation with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and perform testing, reconciliation, and support activities.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, operational runbooks, and audit evidence to support compliance and operational excellence.

What's Needed?

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years in Saviynt IGA implementation.
  • Proficiency in application onboarding, access reviews, certifications, and workflow configuration.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance principles.
  • Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, and NIST.
  • Technical skills including REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and Java for customizations and integrations.
