Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Lake Forest, IL (100% Onsite)
Duration: 3+ months
Pay Range: $33/hr to $37/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “Project Coordinator“ to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:

The Global Marketing IVDR Project Coordinator applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to support the administrative management of the project. The Project Coordinator will represent Global Marketing on the IVDR project and will perform tasks to assess, prioritize,coordinate, and execute on IVDR related tasks with the inputs of a cross-functional team.To support Global Marketing team as the point person for the transition of products from IVDD to IVDR.

Top Skills:

• Preferably 1-2 years of Project management expereince and Excel (high level- pivots, etc)
• 4-5 years’ corporate environment experience
• 1-2 years’ experience in Medical device sector advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to understand the scope of the program and key projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of objectives and goals as well as track progress and review project plans with the Program Team on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met appropriately.
• Proactively escalate any risks/issues to Program Leaders that require attention.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Marketing Manager as per program requirement.
• Prepare slide decks for project team meetings
• Organize, plan, schedule and host meetings and calls required by the program.
• Work on the Project Core team as a member of the Global Marketing Team
• Liase with cross functional to gain align and drive results
• Work independently and with teams to achieve outcomes and results
• Craft Customer communications as necessary to alert customers to upcoming changes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
