  • Conduct AI discovery workshops and help departments reimagine business processes through AI-enabled workflows.
  • Develop role-based AI playbooks, best practices, training materials, and adoption strategies tailored to specific business functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders regarding AI opportunities, limitations, governance, and implementation approaches.
  • Guide users to the appropriate AI solution based on business need, complexity, scale, and security requirements.
  • Create demonstrations, proofs of concept, and practical examples that show business value and accelerate adoption.

  • Collaborate with data, architecture, security, and platform teams to ensure safe and responsible AI adoption.
  • Measure and report on AI adoption, productivity improvements, and business impact metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, business technology, product enablement, or solution delivery.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and platforms in day-to-day business operations.
  • Experience driving organizational change, user adoption, and technology enablement initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading workshops, requirements discovery sessions, and business process assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT Enterprise, Amazon Q/Quick, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge management, enterprise search, and knowledge graph concepts.

They are a hands-on AI practitioner who works with AI daily, understands both business and technology, and can confidently partner with executive leaders to identify opportunities, drive adoption, and enable successful AI transformation across the enterprise.
