Our client, a leading federal technology and consulting services organization, is seeking a Network Engineer / Customer Delivery Consulting Engineer to join their team. As a Network Engineer / Customer Delivery Consulting Engineer, you will be part of the Enterprise Networking & Infrastructure Team supporting federal government and mission-critical network modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical leadership capabilities, and a consultative mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Network Engineer / Customer Delivery Consulting Engineer (Cisco ISE & Catalyst Center)
Location: Washington, DC Area (Primary) | Reston, VA (Occasional)
Pay Range: Competitive; Based on Experience

What's the Job?

  • Provide Tier III support for complex enterprise network environments.
  • Lead Cisco ISE deployments, administration, authentication, and network access control initiatives.
  • Support and optimize Cisco Catalyst Center environments.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco enterprise routing and switching solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to government customers, supporting architecture reviews and network modernization efforts.

What's Needed?

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Current CI Polygraph.
  • 5+ years of Cisco enterprise networking experience, including routing and switching.
  • Hands-on expertise with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco Catalyst Center.
  • CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent experience) and Security+ (or DoD 8570-compliant equivalent).
  • Strong customer-facing, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.
