Our client, a leading organization in asset management and operational support, is seeking an Asset Protection Operations Specialist to join their team. As an Asset Protection Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Asset Protection department supporting vendor relations and financial processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders and vendor invoicing processes to support asset protection and capital projects.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of purchase orders, invoice auditing, and financial reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with vendors, finance teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance with financial standards.
  • Perform monthly financial reviews, including analysis and journal entry preparation.
  • Generate and reconcile open purchase order reports, resolving duplicates and canceling obsolete POs.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience serving as a point of contact for vendors.
  • Minimum of 2 years of expense payables experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience with expense payable systems is preferred.
