Integration Solutions Specialist

Our client, a technology-driven organization in the software and SaaS industry, is seeking an Integration Solutions Specialist to join their team. As an Integration Solutions Specialist, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting the Systems Integration team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Remote

Pay Range:$80,000 - $90,000

What's the Job?

• Design, configure, and support system integrations using APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and data mapping techniques.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration, connectivity, and data exchange issues across multiple systems.
• Work with SQL to query, validate, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Read, understand, and work with application code and integration logic in technologies such as C#, Java, or similar languages.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What's Needed?

• 2-5 years of experience in software implementation, systems integration, technical consulting, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, JSON, XML, data mapping, and systems integration concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues, integration failures, data discrepancies, and application errors.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including querying and validating data.
• Exposure to coding, programming, or scripting languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies.
