Title: Integration Solutions Specialist

Location: Remote USA | Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an Integration Solutions Specialist to design, implement, and support integrations between our platform and customer business systems. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement system integrations using APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and data mapping. 
• Experience in understanding and querying with SQL
• Understanding of reading and working with C# and Java
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend performance improvements.
• Create technical documentation and integration diagrams. 
• Provide technical expertise during customer meetings and solution discussions. 

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration.
• Experience with APIs, web services, XML, JSON, databases, and data mapping.
• Programming experience with Java, C#, or similar technologies. 
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. 
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

Preferred

• Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, workflow automation, or document management solutions. 
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages.
