Position Overview

  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Experience: 1–3 years of administrative, Executive Assistant, customer-facing operations, project support, or similar experience
  • Pay Rate: $35/hour on W2

Role Summary
The Research & Customer Recruitment Coordinator will support the end-to-end user research and Early Access Program participant management process, including recruitment, screening, scheduling, communications, and incentive distribution. This role will partner closely with Research, Design, Product, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for both participants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, communications, participant recruitment, screening, and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end user research and Early Access Program participant management process.
  • Interact professionally with customers, research participants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Research, Design, and Product teams to understand study requirements.
  • Support multiple teams and approximately 20 team members, including researchers.
  • Diversify and scale sourcing pipelines using internal databases, external panels, and professional networks.
  • Utilize platforms such as Dscout and Centercode to support participant recruitment.
  • Manage participant incentives and ensure timely distribution.
  • Maintain research panel health, participant pools, and data integrity.
  • Ensure strict data privacy compliance and clear communication of participant value.
  • Serve as a product/process expert and recommend operational improvements.
  • Maintain Research Operations governance and knowledge management.
  • Modernize recruitment practices by optimizing existing tools and methodologies.
  • Explore and adopt AI-powered tools to improve participant targeting and recruitment efficiency.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support meetings, develop participant screeners, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in client/stakeholder collaboration, service delivery, project support, or customer-facing operations; 3 years preferred.
  • Administrative, Executive Assistant, coordination, or customer-facing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and email management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused, professional, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Self-starter with strong strategic and systems-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, including ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Qualtrics.
  • Experience with research-specific platforms such as Dscout or Centercode.
  • Spreadsheet experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field; not required.
  • Interest in AI-driven tools and emerging technologies.
  • Experience creating participant screeners or supporting research programs.
