Our client, industry leader in infrastructure and construction support, is seeking a Contract Specialist Legal to join their team. As a Contract Specialist Legal, you will be part of the Business Support and Administrative department supporting contract administration and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Perform complex administrative projects related to contracts and structured business processes
  • Review business contracts for data extraction, formatting, and entry into business tools
  • Coordinate contract reviews through meetings, conference calls, and email communication
  • Support construction change management and entitlement review processes across multiple projects
  • Maintain contract databases, update status reports, and monitor action items to ensure timely completion

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience supporting contract administration and change-order analysis
  • At least 3+ years experience in contract interpretation and entitlement assessment under GMP or lump-sum contracts
  • Proficiency with change management systems, Excel-based tracking, documentation, and reporting for 3+ years
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation
  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with contractors, project teams, and stakeholders
