Site Implementation Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the technology solutions industry, is seeking an Implementation Supervisor II to join their team. As an Implementation Supervisor II, you will be part of the project management and implementation support team, helping to deliver successful migration projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Implementation Supervisor II

Location: Louisville, KY. ONSITE

Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension

Pay Range: $45.00/HR - $55.00/hr on w2 (Depends on Experience)

What's the Job?

• Support mid to large-scale projects for Helix Migration, including single and multi-site implementations with multiple products and services.
• Analyze customer solutions and actively participate in successful solution migrations, ensuring customer and company needs are met.
• Develop implementation models, including deployment plans, scheduling phases, and communication strategies.
• Manage cross-functional implementation teams, providing ongoing analysis, reporting, and lessons learned to improve project outcomes.
• Travel to domestic locations to support account migrations, with potential for international travel based on project needs.

• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex solutions and coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Willingness to travel as required to support project implementations.
