Project Manager Non Tech 2

Our client, a leading technology and gaming organization, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project and Program Management department supporting the cyber security squad and consumer products licensing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager Non Tech 2

Location: Remote (candidates should be based in California as there will be 1-4 in person meetings in CA and traveling to trade shows in California/Las Vegas  1-4 times/year involved)

Pay Range: $43/hr to $45/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Manage a portfolio of international consumer products licensing partners across multiple categories and territories.
• Support the growth of the consumer products business through new licensing, retail, and promotional opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with licensees, retailers, agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and partner onboarding processes.
• Coordinate product development and approval processes to ensure successful launches and brand compliance.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in consumer products, licensing, brand management, or related fields.
• Experience in entertainment, gaming, media, character brands, or franchise licensing is preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business reporting tools.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
