Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting the Transition team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced deployment environments across multiple sites. These qualities will help you succeed and make a meaningful impact within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Plan and successfully transition operational responsibility for contracted Managed Print Services from the customer to the organization.
• Manage project delivery remotely, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans, controlling timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, leadership, and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support ongoing project optimization efforts.

What's Needed?

• First Level University degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles within related industries.
• Strong skills in building and managing project plans, with the ability to handle complex projects.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.
