Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Applications Analyst to support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of healthcare benefits and claims systems. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for application functionality, business rules, data structures, and Facets product configuration while partnering closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the SME for application configuration, business rules, data structures, and system functionality.
- Configure and maintain Facets product builds, benefit plans, and packaged software solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Lead solution design, testing, implementation, and system enhancements through all phases of the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues impacting claims processing and business operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and deliver effective enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and support to team members and business partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with Facets product builds/configuration.
- Healthcare payer, health insurance, benefits, or claims administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, business analysis, testing, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Facets workflow experience.
- Experience supporting claims configuration and implementation projects.
