Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Front Office Automation Tester to join their team. As a Front Office Automation Tester, you will be part of the Trading and Financial Front Office Support Department, collaborating with trading teams, developers, and QA professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Design and develop automated test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of trading and financial front office applications.
  • Collaborate with front office users, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and testing priorities.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application stability and accuracy.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document test plans, test data, and test results for audit and reporting purposes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
  • Understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market data systems.
  • Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration tools.
  • Experience with Fixed Income and Derivative products like SWAP, CAP Floors, Swaptions, Bonds, and Trading system automation workflows.
