Our client, a leading organization in the technology and operational sector, is seeking a dedicated Engagement and Insights Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an Engagement and Insights Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Data team supporting supply quality engineers, supplier quality data analysis, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Title: Engagement and Insights Data Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Pay Range: $68 per hour on W2
What's the Job?
- Own the end-to-end engagement, onboarding, and insights experience for partners utilizing quality and operations data.
- Translate business needs into clear reporting, metrics, and data flows, ensuring reliability and documentation of file-upload processes.
- Lead onboarding of new teams, plants, and systems onto data and reporting solutions, including stakeholder communication and training.
- Design and maintain data visualizations, reports, scorecards, and curated data subsets for end-user accessibility.
- Manage the overall file-upload process, monitor operational health, and lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
What's Needed?
- 8-10+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or related fields, with a high-level understanding of data flows and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong technical background in SQL, Python, and understanding of data integration methods such as API and file uploads.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives effectively.
- Experience owning operational processes end-to-end, including mapping data flows, defining schedules, and managing on-call escalations.
- Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and reporting tools; experience with dashboards and visualization is a plus.
