Our client, a leading provider of technology support services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technical Specialist to join their team. As a Field Technical Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Service Support Department supporting customer needs with professionalism and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide hardware support and related services for HP PC and Printer products at customer sites.
- Configure hardware, software, and network components, perform repairs, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage critical service events, educate customers about technology, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with escalation teams and technical personnel to develop and implement technical action plans.
- Maintain awareness of the financial and business impact of service delivery to support organizational goals.
What's Needed?
- Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and work in physically demanding environments.
- Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
- Onsite customer-facing experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent, with additional hardware technology training; college education preferred.
