Product Owner

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Owner to join their team. As a Product Owner, you will be part of the Risk Technology department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Understand and analyze business requirements related to risk management and technical delivery.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and are scalable for future growth.
• Participate in agile routines including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and capacity planning.
• Review testing and implementation phases to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.

What's Needed?

• Prior experience as a business analyst or product owner in technical delivery environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and stakeholder partners.
• Experience in synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
