Executive Administrative Assistant 2

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business support sector, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant 2 to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant 2, you will be part of the Business Support and Administrative department supporting two leaders and their teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for leaders and teams.
  • Support large-scale events, team morale activities, and offsite planning.
  • Handle space management, team moves, and maintain security group ownership.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment procurement and invoice processing.
  • Generate reports, update email distribution lists, and address policy questions as needed.

What's Needed?

  • 2-4 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
  • Proficiency with calendaring and scheduling through Outlook.
  • Experience with project management and event coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
