UX Researcher III

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and social sciences sector, is seeking a dedicated and innovative UX Researcher III to join their dynamic team. As a UX Researcher III, you will play a vital role in supporting the research initiatives that drive product excellence and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative spirit, ensuring success within a diverse and inclusive environment.

Job Title: UX Researcher III

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $50-$70/hr depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Lead the execution of tactical qualitative research studies, including in-depth interviews, diary studies, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights for product development.
• Scope research questions based on product team asks and research priorities, aligning study formats with specific objectives.
• Collaborate closely with UX Researchers and cross-functional partners to ensure research efforts complement broader product strategies.
• Design and moderate live and asynchronous research sessions, utilizing AI tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and depth of insights.
• Analyze data, draft comprehensive findings, and produce clear, impactful readouts to inform product decisions and strategic planning.

What's Needed?

• At least 3+ years of experience executing qualitative research in fast-paced product environments.
• Proficiency in moderating live sessions and designing asynchronous studies using AI-powered tools.
• Strong ability to code data, synthesize insights, and communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Background in social sciences, HCI, or related fields, or equivalent applied experience.
