Our client, a leader in manufacturing and facility development, is seeking a Engineering - Project Manager to join their team. As a Engineering - Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting manufacturing operations and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead capital investment projects supporting manufacturing operations from concept through commissioning
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery
  • Develop project plans, cost estimates, and execution strategies for facility and equipment improvements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and external contractors
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards throughout project lifecycle

What's Needed?

  • Technical/Engineering Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of applicable experience or Master's degree with 3 years
  • Experience managing manufacturing equipment and facility improvement projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software such as MS Office and SolidWorks/PDM
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
