Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business services sector, is seeking a Communications & Change Management Lead - Strategic Supplier Program to join their team. As a Communications & Change Management Lead, you will be part of the Organizational Development team supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support program milestones.
  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new labor sourcing processes.
  • Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication and change efforts.

What's Needed?

  • 10+ years of professional experience in communications, change management, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale programs and complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within large organizations or global companies is preferred.
