Business Analyst (HR)

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise learning and HR technology, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a  Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting system implementations, testing, documentation, governance, reporting, and operational readiness activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support project planning, execution, status tracking, and workstream coordination.
• Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, governance materials, operating procedures, and decision logs.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, test case development, defect tracking, and validation.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience supporting large, cross-functional technology projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process documentation, and technical writing skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating UAT, and system testing activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
