Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be part of the Content Development Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Graphic Designer 2
Location: Remote (preferred West Coast, but not WA)
Pay Range: $26/hr to $28/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Design and develop high-quality templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks across PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Create visual layouts, reusable design components, and scalable templates that support diverse customer scenarios.
- Ensure all files are polished, accessible, and aligned with Microsoft 365 standards, maintaining consistency and clarity.
- Translate creative briefs into practical, customer-ready content, incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve template quality and support content workflows.
What's Needed?
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing strong layout, typography, and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in designing professional content within PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of template systems, including reusable layouts and consistent styling.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
