Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Job Title: SAP Consultant (SAP BASIS/SAP BRIM / SAP BPE)
Location: Remote (Preference for Local Candidates – Columbus, OH)
Job Type: 06+ Months

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Engineer to join a leading healthcare services and technology client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BASIS Administration, along with experience supporting SAP BRIM and SAP BPE environments. This role focuses on system administration, performance optimization, release management, application stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise SAP solutions.

• Administer, configure, and support SAP BASIS environments.
• Support SAP BRIM and SAP BPE applications and related infrastructure.
• Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and system refresh activities.
• Monitor SAP system health, performance, and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams for seamless deployments.
• Support release management and transport management activities.
• Document technical procedures and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend SAP best practices.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.

• 8+ years of SAP BASIS Administration experience.
• Strong experience with SAP BASIS (Advanced).
• Experience supporting SAP BRIM environments.
• Experience with SAP BPE.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, kernel patches, transports, and system monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
