Recruiter II

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and staffing industry, is seeking a Recruiter II to join their team. As a Recruiter II, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive ownership, and a strategic mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter II

Location: Seattle, WA (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $42-45/hr.

Job Type: 11-month contract with the potential for hire/extension

Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm

What's the Job?

  • Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct onboarding, orientation, and process employee status changes efficiently.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for non-technical, GTM, sales, and business development roles.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, multi-channel outreach, and AI tools to identify top talent.

What's Needed?

  • 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field with a focus on sourcing non-technical roles.
  • Proficiency with sourcing methodologies including Boolean, X-Ray, and multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Strong executive presence with polished communication skills and confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proactive ownership, process improvement, and automation skills, including AI fluency.
