Financial Analyst III

Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst III to join their dynamic team. As a Financial Analyst III, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, cost, profitability, and trend analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
• Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts, collaborating with partners to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction by analyzing operational data and streamlining workflows.
• Develop financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decision-making, providing actionable recommendations.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3+ years of strong analytical experience in financial planning and business analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strategic mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel (including Vlookups, pivot tables), and experience with financial systems such as PLN, HFM, SAP, SQL, or similar tools.
