Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Control Room Support Coordinator to join their team. As a Control Room Support Coordinator, you will be part of the Release and Environment Management (REM) team supporting various operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Monitor and track overall progress against plans, including testing, deployment checklists, milestones, and upgrades
  • Coordinate environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, and checkpoint calls/notes
  • Handle ad-hoc requests across domestic and international ledgers and regulatory reporting
  • Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases: Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Production Support
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline tasks and improve operational efficiency

What's Needed?

  • Experience in environment management and release coordination within a financial or similar regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of SDLC processes and deployment activities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in either AM or PM shifts and provide weekend support as needed
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
