  • Reason for Assignment: New position due to increased call and enrollment volume during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Position Summary
The Triage & Enrollment Coordinator is a member of the Medicare Sales Team and is responsible for triaging inbound calls and enrolling prospective members into Medicare plans over the phone. This role provides administrative and sales support in a high-volume call center environment while ensuring accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.
The coordinator works closely with assigned sales teams and producers and reports directly to the sales organization. This position requires flexibility to work extended business hours, including evenings and weekends.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Answer and respond to incoming calls from prospective Medicare members.
  • Identify potential sales calls and route non-sales inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on soft sales leads or obtain missing information.
  • Coordinate administrative requests from the sales team.
  • Enter accurate and timely data into internal systems.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Complete telephonic Medicare applications using approved scripts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses.
  • Navigate multiple applications and systems efficiently to complete enrollment and processing tasks.

Required Skills (Top Non-Negotiables)
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Call center experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
Additional Required Skills
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Sales support experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to efficiently navigate multiple software applications.

Required Language
  • Spanish language proficiency (required).

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).

Work Schedule
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday – Sunday
  • Shift: Varies between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
  • Overtime: Possible
