Our client, a leading organization in workforce development and operational excellence, is seeking a dedicated Technical Trainer to join their team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting workforce training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional facilitation, presentation, coaching, and virtual classroom management skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$45/hour
What's the Job?
- Deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions to diverse adult learners.
- Support onboarding, certification, and train-the-trainer programs to enhance workforce readiness.
- Create, update, and evaluate training materials, assessments, and learner evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize training content and improve learning experiences.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and learner communications to ensure successful program delivery.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience delivering virtual instructor-led training and facilitating adult learning programs.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and virtual classroom management skills.
- Ability to assess learner performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Experience with training tools such as Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
