Our client, a leader in the healthcare and clinical research industry, is seeking a Software Engineer - Clinical to join their team. As a Software Engineer - Clinical, you will be part of the Clinical Reporting Team supporting data systems development and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Software Engineer - Clinical
Location: Maple Grove, MN (100% On-Site)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Pay Range: $45/hr. - $50/hr. on W2
What's the Job?
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed design and interface specifications based on requirement specifications.
- Support the implementation, development, and enhancement of software source code, scripts, and procedures.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and isolate software issues, providing strategic solutions and analysis for future development.
- Write, update, and execute test design, cases, procedures, and report results to ensure software quality.
- Contribute to requirement gathering, analysis, validation, and hazard/risk analysis documentation.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a solid understanding of software development and data systems.
- Knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices relevant to clinical data management.
- Experience with software debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
