Event Marketing Manager Remote PST

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and startup ecosystem, is seeking a Event Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Event Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Marketing and Research & Development departments supporting global startup engagement and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Event Marketing Manager 
Pay Rate Range: $40.76/hr - $43.94/hr
Location: REMOTE for US residents

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for global campaigns, including web, email, social media, content, events, and partner channels.
• Create compelling founder-focused messaging, campaign assets, videos, and success stories to engage startup communities.
• Coordinate activation efforts across internal teams, regional offices, investors, startup ecosystems, and external partners.
• Manage complex cross-regional workstreams, budgets, timelines, risks, agencies, and vendors to ensure campaign success.
• Track campaign performance, lead capture, CRM routing, attribution, and downstream startup outcomes to optimize results.

What's Needed?

• At least 4 years of experience in integrated marketing, managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, content, and events.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams on a global scale.
• Strong understanding of marketing measurement, KPIs, CRM operations, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Experience working with startup, developer, investor, or technology ecosystems preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
