Sr. Manager - Product Development and Pricing

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Sr. Manager - Product Development and Pricing to join their team. As a Sr. Manager - Product Development and Pricing, you will be part of the Mobile Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Manager - Product Development and Pricing

Location: Chester, New York

Pay Range:$100,000 - $150,000

What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end development and lifecycle management of mobile products, rate plans, broadband-mobile bundles, add-on services, promotions, and retention offers.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, discount architecture, customer segmentation strategies, and promotional campaigns that optimize subscriber acquisition, retention, profitability, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, channel assortment decisions, merchandising support, and customer engagement programs.
• Translate customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends into product roadmap enhancements and differentiated customer experiences.
• Serve as the principal relationship manager with Mediacom Mobile MNO – Verizon Wireless Wholesale and MVNE – Reach.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of progressive experience in wireless, MVNO, cable mobile, or telecommunications product management.
• Proven success developing and launching mobile products, pricing strategies, promotional programs, and bundled service offerings.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in forecasting, financial modeling, business case development, and profitability analysis.
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation, pricing architecture, product lifecycle management, and wireless market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
