Our client, a leading organization in technology operations, is seeking a Mission Assurance Center Operator to join their team. As a Mission Assurance Center Operator, you will be part of the Technology Operations department supporting enterprise technology services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Monitor enterprise technology environments using dashboards, monitoring platforms, and automated alerts.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and respond to system, network, application, infrastructure, and service issues.
- Maintain awareness of the overall health and availability of technology services across various environments.
- Document incidents, operational events, service interruptions, and related actions in the service management system.
- Support incident coordination by tracking actions, next steps, and communication needs during service-impacting events.
What's Needed?
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of two to four years supporting technology operations, service desk, network, or systems administration.
- Experience working in an operations or monitoring center environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, event management, and service management practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
