Our client, a leader in technology operations, is seeking a Network Operations Admin - MAC to join their team. As a Network Operations Admin - MAC, you will be part of the Technology Operations department supporting Mission Assurance Center monitoring, incident coordination, network deployment, and operational support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Monitor enterprise technology environments using dashboards, monitoring platforms, and automated alerts.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and respond to system, network, and application issues.
- Coordinate incident response calls and support operational updates during service impacting events.
- Execute support playbooks, perform validation, recovery, and health checks according to documented procedures.
- Assist with network equipment preparation, deployment, configuration, and routine maintenance activities.
What's Needed?
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Three or more years of experience in network administration, operations, or technical support roles.
- Experience preparing, configuring, staging, and deploying network equipment.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, event management, and cybersecurity processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
