Our client, a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst/ MAC Coordinator (DE) to join their dedicated team. As a Desktop Support Analyst/ MAC Coordinator (DE), you will be an integral part of the IT support department supporting a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst/ MAC Coordinator
Location: Newark, DE (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?
- Manage complex Move/Add/Change requests for enterprise end users, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams to facilitate hardware and software support activities.
- Provide hands-on desktop support, troubleshooting Windows and Office issues efficiently.
- Manage support tickets using Remedy and other request management tools, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Perform physical workstation setup and equipment relocations, ensuring proper cable management and hardware installation.
What's Needed?
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 500+ users.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and MAC Service Request Management ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment with high request volumes.
