What's the Job?

• Support intake and prioritization processes, establishing transparent and consistent methods for evaluating and onboarding new work into the product backlog.
• Ensure all defined JIRA standardization, requirement templates, and JIRA fields and labeling are implemented and followed within the teams for consistency.
• Create and manage a release plan to facilitate smooth product delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and cross-product areas to advance the work owned by the Product Area, helping teams stay focused on delivering committed outcomes.
• Facilitate scrum of scrums with product, scrum, and DDI leads to gather execution updates, blockers, and dependencies.

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting product discovery and delivery processes.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-team activities and manage dependencies effectively.
• Knowledge of Scrum practices and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
