EHS Project Coordinator

Our client, a leader in environmental health and safety initiatives, is seeking a dedicated EHS Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As an EHS Project Coordinator, you will be integral to supporting the Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health (OH) programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for creating safe and sustainable work environments, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s mission and values.

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate and support EHS & OH initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, action trackers, and risk logs to monitor progress and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency.
  • Support the configuration, enhancement, and troubleshooting of EHS software systems, including Cority and related applications.
  • Contribute to automation and digital transformation efforts, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve user experience.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in utilizing digital tools and artificial intelligence responsibly to improve workflows.
  • Ability to analyze existing processes and recommend practical improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
