• Support and drive execution of strategic initiatives to enhance the client experience and support business growth.
• Collaborate with product owners and business partners to develop pricing exception frameworks and supporting structures for specific products.
• Partner with business and technology teams to ensure comprehensive planning aligned with project goals, timelines, and requirements.
• Leverage AI and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and support decision-making processes.
• Conduct analysis on program dependencies, pricing considerations, and business impacts to inform prioritization and execution strategies.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, Confluence, RemedyChange Management, and Tech Governance.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and business-led development processes.
• Deep client-centric orientation with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
