Senior Vice Present

Our client, a leading organization in the fashion and branding industry, is seeking a Senior Vice President, Eyewear Brands & Portfolio Strategy to join their team. As a Senior Vice President, Eyewear Brands & Portfolio Strategy, you will be part of the executive leadership supporting global brand development and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:Senior Vice President, Eyewear Brands & Portfolio Strategy

Location:Hybrid position; must be able to work from an office either in Milan, Italy or New York City at least 3 days a week

What's the Job?

• Lead the strategic vision, development, and management of the company's global eyewear brand portfolio
• Identify new brand acquisition opportunities, manage licensing agreements, and optimize brand performance
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align brand strategies with corporate goals and market trends
• Oversee brand teams, manage relationships with licensors and stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness and profitability
• Guide the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to elevate brand perception and market presence

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years of experience with progressive leadership roles in brand management and strategic planning
• Proven ability to develop forward-thinking brand strategies and innovative campaigns
• Strong skills in market research, customer insights, and data analytics to inform branding decisions
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content marketing best practices
