As a Project Manager/Technology - Expert, you will be part of the Technology Transformation Department supporting innovative system modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

    • Lead large-scale software development programs, focusing on system modernization and digital transformation projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Drive the integration of AI technologies such as GenAI coding assistants into development workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of complex technical systems supporting high-volume transactions.
    • Establish best practices for AI-assisted development, including prompt engineering and team-level workflows.

    What's Needed?

    • Proven experience in designing and leading large software development programs as an Architect or technical leader.
    • Hands-on experience with digital transformation projects, working closely with development teams and stakeholders.
    • Practical familiarity with AI/ML implementation, especially with Large Language Models like GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, or PaLM.
    • Extensive background in Java, Spring framework, cloud development, and Web Services supporting high-volume, highly available environments.
    • Experience with containers, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or PCF.
