Our client, an industry leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Platform Integration Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Platform Integration Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting innovative platform development initiatives. 
 

Job Title: Platform Integration Engineer

Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304

What's the Job?

• Lead the end-to-end bring-up process of iRDK on Mediatek C-X1 platform, from EVK to custom iRDK board.
• Own the software stack integration including bootloader, kernel, BSP, and middleware components.
• Serve as the primary technical interface with Mediatek for platform enablement and escalation management.
• Drive platform characterization activities such as performance, stability, and thermal profiling.
• Provide weekly updates on project status, risks, and decisions to program leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategy development.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in platform bring-up, embedded systems, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of software development, including bootloader, kernel, and middleware integration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hardware and software teams.
• Experience working with Mediatek platforms or similar hardware is preferred.
• Availability for immediate start and onsite work in Palo Alto, CA.
