Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Project and Program Management department supporting utility and construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 4

Location: Bentonville, AR

Pay Range: $63 to $68/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and oversee utility construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
• Facilitate regular design and site progress meetings with various teams and stakeholders
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, agreements, and permits, utilizing AutoCAD and BIM360
• Track project costs, establish budgets, and manage change orders to ensure financial control
• Conduct safety and quality inspections, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and project specifications

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in power utility construction management
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM360, and project management tools like MS Project
• Strong understanding of utility scope, including transmission, distribution, and substation work
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with on-site and remote work flexibility
