As a Transformation Coach 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Organizational Development supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Facilitate organizational change initiatives to improve processes and team effectiveness
• Support leadership in implementing transformation strategies and best practices
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote agile and innovative practices
• Assess organizational readiness and provide tailored coaching to teams and leaders
• Monitor and report on the progress of transformation efforts, adjusting strategies as needed

• Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or related fields
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and transformation frameworks
