Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Trade Processing Analyst to join their team. As a Trade Processing Analyst, you will be part of the Operations department supporting trade settlement and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Own the end-to-end processing, settlement, and reconciliation of trades across multiple asset classes.
- Validate, process, and settle trades in internal systems for equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other financial products.
- Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlement status; investigate exceptions and drive break resolution through to closure.
- Reconcile trade activity with custodians, brokers, and counterparties, ensuring records match and risks are surfaced early.
- Partner closely with Front Office, Middle Office, and external parties to troubleshoot failed settlements and reduce recurring issues.
What's Needed?
- Experience in trade operations, settlements, or middle office functions.
- Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, financial instruments, and post-trade processes.
- Familiarity with industry platforms such as DTCC, Bloomberg, and SWIFT (or similar).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Analytical, proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
