Business Systems Analyst IV

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business support sector, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst IV, you will be part of the IT Media Systems Global Content Corporation supporting SAP FICO processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst IV

Location:  Remote (EST Preferred )

What's the Job?

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP FICO, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, and Banking processes.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand process needs.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend practical SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Support system improvements, testing, documentation, and user training as needed.

What's Needed?

• Strong SAP FICO experience with deep knowledge of Accounts Payable, Banking, and P2P processes in an SAP support environment.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and functional teams.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and invoice management tools like OpenText VIM is highly preferred.
